I just received this today. I tried it on and it is gorgeous. The material is nice and soft(very comfortable). I love it because it is not clingy. Material does not look or feel cheap. You can dress this up or down. I will be ordering this dress again in another color.

Super comfy! I am 5'3 and 145lbs. Size 4 in jeans (for reference). I have a slight curvy build and I have a chest. This is super cute, loose, but fits (does not hug any part of my body). I got this in a Medium. I could go down a size, but prefer this a little looser than not. Hope that helps! Looks great with vans or converse :) Will buy again!
